Each registered author can submit a maximum of two works. The second work (extra paper) has an additional cost indicated in the fees table (registration). These participants may be co-authors of other works, provided that these works are linked to another registration. Each paper only needs to be associated with one registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Refund requests until October 15th, 2026. The registration fee will be refunded with an administrative fee of 50 euros.
• Requests for reimbursement after October 15th, 2026. There will be no reimbursement, the registration may be used by another participant from the same institution.
