Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received. • Cancellations received until August 5, will be refunded in full. • Cancellations received between August 6 and 20, will merit 50% refund. • Cancellations received after August 21, will not merit a refund. Emergency cancellations (serious illness, death of a relative or birth of a baby) can be refund if duly proved, 7 days before arrival. Notice of cancellation/change must be sent in writing.
