CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations on the main conference and workshops, can be refunded if made until August, 31st, 2020.
- Cancellations on the summer school, can be refunded if made until July, 31st, 2020.
- All cancellations are subject to a 30.00€ administrative fee. The eventual changes to the reservations must be informed by email to the Secretariat maria.j.coelho@abreu.pt.

REFUND CONDITIONS:
- No-show or country visa application rejection are not entitled to any refund.
- The country in which the participant lives (or in which the company performing the registration is located) must be the same as where the bank is located.
- In case the refund is not accepted by the bank, the participant (or of the company registering the participant) is responsible for all charges.
- Refunds by credit card are made within 2 months after the end of the event.
- In case of double payment, refund requests must be accompanied by valid proof of such circumstances.
