• Presentation and online publication of one Abstract/Paper (oral or poster) • Attendance and participation in all technical sessions • A copy of the USB-pendrive with the conference proceedings and program • Access to an international special colloquium and symposia as well as invited and contributed papers • Access to special issues of affiliated international journals, • Early-bird registration • Refreshments • Coffee-breaks • Lunches Registered delegates and accompanying persons are also entitled to: • Welcome/networking reception on June 23, • Conference banquet on June 24 • Optional access to all initiatives of the social program Cancellation and Refund Policies • In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the organization lurdes.catalino@abreu.pt • If it is received prior to April 15th, 2026, 50% registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €20 for administrative fees. No refund can be made after April 16th, 2026 |
