Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received. - Cancellations received until December 3, will be refunded in full, less an administrative tax of € 19,00. - Cancellations received between December 4 and 20, will merit 50% refund. - Cancellations received after December 21, will not merit a refund.
