Each participant, including authors, is expected to pay the corresponding registration fee. For a paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one registration fee must be paid and assigned to that paper. Each fee can only be associated with one paper/presentation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Chairman. If the cancellation is received before April 1, 2026, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of 75 €.
• No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2026.
