The registration includes:
1) This registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, conference banquet, conference material and access to presentation rooms. 2) This registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, and conference banquet. • Registration fee for remote participants covers electronic conference material and remote access to presentation rooms. * Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka • Each participant is entitled to a maximum of two presentations. • The reduced fee for Mini-symposium organizers will only be attributed if the Mini-symposium has at least three participants (excluding the organizers). • The student fee can only be claimed upon certificate. The certificate does not have a standard form, any document proving student status is sufficient, e.g. a document downloaded from the student area confirming enrollment in this academic year or a copy of the student ID. It does not need to be stamped or certified. Cancelation and Refund Policy: • In case of cancellation without replacement (*), the registration fee minus 40,00 € for handling charges will be refunded within three months from the notification, provided that the cancellation is received by Abreu Events before 15 May 2025. • After 15 May 2025, any cancellation is non-refundable. • (*) As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to 15 June 2025 without incurring a penalty. |
