Each participant, including the authors, must pay the respective registration fee.

The conference fee includes:
• Book of abstracts
• Lunches
• Conference Dinner
• Coffee-breaks
• Reception First Day

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman.
• If received before January 08th, 2028, the registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of 75 €.Add administrative fees €25.
• No refund can be made after January 08th, 2028.

NOTE:
• The conference venue Pousada Viana do Castelo will be exclusively dedicated to the conference.
• A special rate of 450 euros for 3 nights 1-3 March 2028 is available for the participants in the registration site.
