Each accepted paper(s), from Regular, Special Sessions, Work-in-Progress tracks, requires at least one registration by one of the authors at a non-Student rate to be included in the conference program and in the conference proceedings.
One full fee registration allows a maximum of 2 accepted papers. For the second paper, an extra 150 Euros fee will be charged. Paper limits: Each paper may be up to 6 pages. The Partner institutions are: • IFAC – International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC affiliate information link) • IEEE Industrial Electronics Society • IEEE Education Society • CEA (Comité Español de Automática); • SBA (Sociedade Brasileira de Automática); • SPR (Sociedade Portuguesa de Robótica); • SPEE (Sociedade Portuguesa de para a Educação em Engenharia); • ISA (International Society of Automation) Portugal • SPM (Sociedade Portuguesa de Matemática) • APDIO (Associação Portuguesa de Investigação Operacional) • Organizing institutions (CEMMPRE / ISR / CERES / ONCONTROL / ARISE) All regular (APCA/Partner/Non Members) or all student registration fee includes: • Attendance to all conference sessions; • Full set of conference materials; • Lunches and coffee-breaks; • Welcome reception; • Gala dinner. The FULL registration also includes: • Social Programme (UC by Nigth). Accompanying person registration fee includes: • Welcome Reception; • Gala dinner. Workshops only includes: • Workshops; • Lunch on Workshops day; • Coffee breaks on Workshops day. Liability and Insurance: Conference fee does not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin. Conference Secretariat and Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or property during the meeting. Cancellation Policy for the Conference: • Registration cancellations must be communicated to the event email: controlo2026@apca.pt • If we receive your written cancellation before 31 July, 2026, the registration fees will be refunded in 50%. • There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 31 July 2026. |
