Hotel reservation conditions and cancellations policy:

Due to high season in Estoril, early booking is strongly advised.

Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received.

- Cancellations received until June 1, will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations received between June 2 and July 1, will merit 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after July 1, will not merit a refund.

Emergency cancellations (serious illness, death of a relative or birth of a baby) can be refund if duly proved, 7 days before arrival. Notice of cancellation/change must be sent in writing.

Extra expenses must be paid at the Hotel .
